It is wrong to expect all these P's will take our file personally & sort out the issue, even during in Ram Raj, in every house hold the atta/chekki was g rinded/ done by each house hold every day not by Lord Ram, people could not escape on their Duty.... in this particular case please find out if all the relevent papers are in order. if concerned section officer deliberately not giving the details, pl get the details by filing under RTI... then approach the highest official who has discretionary powers with the relevent paper...it must work, with out proper papers nobody want to take risk on final settlement. Even there is an Govt. Order in place that all retirement papers & relevent docs should be acquired & finalized before 6 months of the Retirement Date including even fixing the pension amount. but since it is PSU pension may not apply to your friend. This is the Procedure. Keep a last resort to approach the court & things will fall in line. yes it will & may take time, be prepared, hence the lost resort. All the Best. Tx. more
