IT Raid & Honesty & bribes

I am a MV Tax consultant and forwarding agent, my business with RTO tax payments. I use to collect cash, DD in advance from my clients and use to pay tax to the government, by DD, online transfers and cash as an when they get due.
I had a raid in Sep 2010 in my office , under then ACIT, Mr Saikia. I offered bribe, but the officers said that the ACIT does not take a single penny, if you offer him he will ruin you. Instead think that this is an oppurtunity, be clean @ 30 percent.

I disclosed casewise, honestly that during last 6 years, I had earned approx 3 CR. My brother, my partner, showed the entire money was in his bank account, and my uncle showed all the bank statements. The ACIT to increase his goodwill in the Government, forcibly, summed up all the three, and took a declaration of 6.5 CR.

The raid team after the raid, took all money from the bank accounts, tortured me mentally for 120 days, and could get nothing more of me. They forcible took money of their part, saying that ACIT does not eat, but we wont leave,
So this was now 3 times raid,

I gave hearing from 10 am to 9 pm at night for more than 120 days for getting my final order. I explained that I was compelled to declare double amount, but the Assessment officer said, that we are allowed only to increase , not to decrease the sum, else our job is on stake.
The ACIT and his team ( Assesment ) indirectly asked bribe of 30 lac from me, and threatened me to increase the Assessed income to 12 Crores.

I refused to pay him, cried a lot, relied on God , and left.
Finally I got a judgement of 6.5 CR.
I went for appeal.
But misfortunes comes one after the other.
The officer had a judicial enquiry on him, and all the cases passed by him went under scrutiny again , and my case went in Sec 263.
my case was reopened, the new CIT who wanted to become a member of Executive committee , just doubled my income to 13 cr,

I have been undergoing a trauma since last 6 years. I have filed an appeal with ITAT GUwahati bench, but since over last one year, there has been continous pressure for increasing tax liability..

My questions are :

1. Cant we make a video during the raid, so that watching it the assessment team can determine how the party was tortured, whether he was honest or did he not

2. If 1 officer is honest, the government gets his revenue, but if the other officers are not, the assessee gets killed.

3. is there a way to get my family out of the problem , if I commit suicide, I being the Karta of my HUF, the assessee.

4. Why dont IT offficers raid each and every officer of their own department, and other revenue dept of govt, the ministers,
If a raid is conducted against them, they wont need to raid the common man more
