Agree with Mr. Satish Raheja the Safe and Nutritious Food circle it is observed that most of the post are from Ladies and are really taking care of their Family food I salute their concern and all the ladies are very updated about the nutrient values in the food . Very helpful suggestion are coming from them i have noted a couple of it about adulteration Thanks more
Yes we are worried more
All the things said in the Local Circles are either the personal experience having faced those consequences or learnt from other's experiences. Let me clear one thing that the effect of each & every medicine or eatable is not the same with all the persons as it depends on so many factors like body immunity, body constitution, eating habits, medication, ailments in the past. Also it depends upon the nutrient value of the material consumed & the raw material used. Hence I would suggest listen to all & read everybody's comments but act according to your mind & heart considering the body factor. No use blaming or criticising others if someone opposes your views. To a particular body Vitamin A,B,C or D will be present in sufficient quantity whereas in others if if supplements are taken it still does not suffice. To one it may cause side effect whereas to the other it will not. There is no question of distinguishing the developed & developing countries. Doctors of developing countries are not inferior to the developed countries. At least they are at par with them. Leave aside the facilities available with the developed countries to the developing ones. Here one more important thing is that even if a member is available to put forth his/her views & experience but does not do it for the reasons best known to him/her then it may be loss for the Circle's member, which otherwise would have got good suggestion/ideas/proposal. Every mother is concerned for her children & so it can't be an unilateral case. more
