Today is 4th day of no water in Vasant Kunj. Some of the residents have come down to the level of drawing water supplied to DDA parks. This is the national
Capital of India. MLA has stopped taking calls of RWA presidents. There is no councilor as MCD polls are due in Dec.
The problem we are told is a motor in the pumphouse which has given way. For 4 days jal board hasnt found a way to replace it. Residents have now blocked streets as pipes are cris crossing from parks to tanks. If a car goes over the pipes they burst.

funds are available, but Politics takes precedence over public welfare. That is what affects all public facilites more
