Japan company Seiko and Just In Time are cheating customers by offering Guarantee on watches

I bought Seiko watch from Just In Time with 1 year International Guarantee and 2 year India Warranty. I was issued Guarantee card. As it was costly wrist watch I asked how the service will be? I got reply that by sales person that Seiko will give 1 to 1 replacement if anything happens in 1st year. Within 1st year this watch second hand came out and watch stopped working. Now Seiko and Just In Time denied giving guarantee benefits. They're not even confirming if there is NO manufacturing defect. Their customer care / sales team not responding properly. So, I did complain to Consumer helpline and provided invoice, guarantee card, guarantee benefits details, issue details however Sieko and Just In Time are giving wrong responses and misguiding. My costly watch is with them for more than 2 months now.
I request consumer forum to take immediate action for such cheating. It's not good that after issuing Guarantee card during sale, they don't abide to their commitment.

Salespersons make verbal promises which they should not. That leads to problems in cases of redressal. However, if written warranty paper exists, why should a client be obliged to approach the Consumer Forum?
Do you feel consumer forum would take action based on posts. You need to file complaint before consumer forum. You need to send a notice to the opposite party and in case of no redressal submit a complaint to the consumer forum with a copy to the opposite party. Attach all supporting documents retaining originals.
DEAR DESAI: "HOW CAN THE COMPANY AND ITS DEALERS ' DENY ' GIVING THE GUARANTEE..??. HOPE, YOU HAVE THEM IN WRITING..!!.. IF YOU DOIN'T HAVE THE WRITTEN GUARANTEE, THERE IS VERY LITTLE CHANCE FOR FILING A SUCCESSFUL CASE..!!..
Please post a 5 line post on their Facebook Page and a single comment on their Twitter Page - No details just that "International Guarantee" is NOT being honoured.
First defame them in all social media platform.. Write article in public interest Not to buy this product... Axphaxiat them so much that the whole Indian consumer call them what they are destined for and go the consumer court.....
