Jat Agitations

Seems like jats have given another deadline which ends today and threatened to resume their agitation.

I must suggest that this time the Police and Government must have ZERO TOLERANCE to any act of vandalism and crime. Not sure if shoot at sight is a possibility but all forces must be put to work so no one in India again dares to commit crimes, vandalism, loss of property and rapes in the name of agitation.

Apparently the group of ministers looking at the demands have failed to arrive at a consensus. more

Govt is looting public in the name of oil hike now and then without any reason.this id barberious more
It is the time now for the so called upper caste people, whose meritorious children are deprived of their legitimate rights and those despite living under BPL for decades are forced to continue with their ill fate in the name of cast & creed to become together and start to agitate on the streets nation-wide against all kind of caste based reservation policy of the state. This is, probably, the only solution to meet with the menace, which has become a tool for certain over ambitious people to achieve their political goals by befoolling their communities in the name of caste & reservation. This kind of action can only force all of political parties, who are largely responsible to create such a situation, to come together over this burning issue to find out an amicable solution as to how the blunder of our previous leaders of introducing a caste based reservation policy could be corrected by reversing it to an economic based reservation policy, if at all necessary, keeping the issue completely out of their political agenda. Considering the present situation and particularly, with the fact that the major section of the society have been deceived of their legitimate rights in the name of reservation of the weaker sections for last 70 years, which is enough to ignite them for a fight to ensure restoration of their rights. One has no doubt that the present system of reservation has totally become a vote bank policy of all our political parties, who have completely overlooked & ignored the plight & distress of the poorer pertaining to the prelevelled upper castes, and the people belonging to these sections are losing their patience and the day may come when these deprived people will also become agitated and take the laws in their hands for justice. Our political parties must be in readiness to face such a situation if they do not amend themselves, stop doing politics with reservation and come together to amicably solve the issue once for all before it is too late, which is supposed to be beneficial to the nation as well as all concerned including the politicians. more
It seems that it suits every govt to pacify voters by giving reservation and monetary benefits from tax payers money.Govt has not cared for ordinary citizen while reducing interest on small savings.why cant the Govt give the benefits only to the needy which may be positive step to make a society free of casteism .regionalism.religion etc. more
Solution is simple Just change criterua for a person seeking reservation. Instead of considering the person's caste consider any of his/her his parents and grand parents caste and change criteria for caste. read here in details. http://janahitwadi.blogspot.in/2011/04/is-it-possible-to-do-away-with-caste.html more
Be happy that at least it is 8.6% The Govt. is seriously thinking of gulping away all the investments of poor public. They have put their hands on inetrest and later, what not will they do? We should jointly rise to the occasion to fight it out. more
