Jet Airways

Two letters say it all. Naresh Goyal has been siphoning funds and PMO ordered enquiry. Secondly, its own engineers are saying aircraft not safe to fly.

With refund complaints coming in the circles, I suggest personal assets of this CEO Goyal must be attached and liquidated and our refunds processed.

LocalCircles please escalate to Suresh Prabhu. He listens to you. more

Both Air India and Jet Airways could not withstand the competition facing from other air lines, particularly, Indigo. Air India had become sick mainly because of three reasons, such as, timings, pricing and negligible number of flights on the prime routs coupled with inefficient management. The reasons making Jet Airways sick may be the personal ambitions of the owners of the airlines. Most of the air crafts of the airlines have already been grounded and flights are cancelled and refunds of booking amounts are continued. more

. Like Indian Railways , our Government also should run their own Indian Airlines in good manner . Good airlines is one of the national symbolic achievement. How Dubai, Abudhabi, Qatar airlines are operating several core distinction . Our government should learn from the people for the efficient operation and good customer service. Like railway budget, every year airlines budget could be proposed , fund allocation, buying new aircrafts, fright structure etc. If our air India provide good service to the customer why we should depend on jet, go air, etc. But every time our airlines have funds issue, technical issues, many cancelation , abnormal fares etc which are main factor to prefer private airlines . more
I flew twice, or thrice, on JetAirways. The flight itself was alright, but it charged fees for this and that. I did not want to fly aircraft operated by JetAirways the last time I flew, but I had no choice since it had a contract with Delta to operate in that leg of my trip. As for this thread of complaint and ideas to investigate, will any investigation work in India to get to the truth? Everyone is corrupt. I mean EVERYONE. That includes judges too, I am hearing. I understand the judges can be bribed to influence the outcome of their judgement. What a country!!! All the best. more
The funds siphoned out by NPA-borrowers are used to acquire assets which may be in the names of kith and kin or other businesses (not under finance by the same lender) either in India or abroad. Measures to avert such siphoning of funds on the part of lending Bank have been outlined in my write-up entitled "How Banks can prevent occurrence of NPAs. Supreme Court gave a ruling in a recent case that, in public interest, corporate veil should be ignored. It is wished that similarly ruling be given by the Supreme Court that properties in the names of kith and kin which could not be acquired without diversion of funds from the NPA-borrower may be attached and sold or handed over to a Manager/Receiver for management for and on behalf of the Lending Bank. more
This sort of Security is inevitable to Save National and Public Finances. ALLOWING Misuse of Funds is anti national and anti Constitutional.

S.C. need to eradicate several means of Looking Funds and Finances. more
