Jio Broad band experience
Against the 100 mbps yo hardly get 10 to 15Mbps and when you complain the CC refuses to entertain the complaint. When I escalated it then they agreed to depute a technician to check I could show them the results of speed test and the answer was, " this speed you will get on LAN and not on wi-fi". What a joke. All of us take broad band in the house for Wifi connectivity and then this mischief. I asked him to show this in the brochure but the answer was --" we have been told to give this reply'.
He talked to the seniors and increased the same to 30-40 Mbps but no where 100 or even 80 Mbps. An hour later it came down crashing to 10 Mbps.
If Jio Fibre has to improve then they should take matters seriously and make each complaint a full test case and monitor the same or then all the credibility of JIO voice will get fully eroded and Airtel and Vodafone who have cheated for ages shall once agin prosper.
I hope someone from TRAI or JIO are listening more
