Jio fiber adamant approach towards Address correction matter

This feed is not related to any product or services, but towards stupid approach of Jio Fiber towards the customer in not correcting the Address fetched incorrectly by their system and accordingly appears in their invoices. Any layman also can make out how address is taken up; still not accepting their mistake !!

** There has been 13-15 mail exchanges between 20th Oct-2024 to Feb-2025 for this petty matter, however 4 months over and no resolution.
** Also, 10-12 diff Customer care executives got involved including Case Managers who also could not influence internally. They attended on telephonic conversations. Ruthless to see wastage of company time as well customer time & efforts just to prove their ego.
** Repeating same story that once data is captured and validated initially at the time of installation and entered in CAF i.e Customer Application form, it cannot be corrected or updated.
** They consoled me that stern action will be taken against Mr.Kuldip Dave who gathered the details for booking in Oct-24
** Funnily, there is no way to escalate the matter to higher authorities nor facility of lodging complaint in Jio portal.
** I also proposed an easy solution -to depute their representative and fill up fresh form; but that too not adhered.
** Examples given that when agencies like UIDAI, Voter, Income tax, Ahmedabad Municipal corporation, Adani Gas, Torrent power etc are live examples where they have well placed system to correct Demographic details, then why not Jio cannot do !!
When our own home address is not captured correctly, as a customer we have right to fight out and Jio cannot deny nor can act so stupidly.
I lodged Grievance in National Consumer Helpline, but also could not do anything. Now, matter is put up to CERS, Ahmedabad who have intervened. Let us see what is the outcome.
Point to draw is when Data entry operator or Sale guy captures incorrect info, how we have to suffer...this is live example and caution. more

MOSTLY THE COMPLAINS ARE AUTOMATED ONES. SO WE GET ONLY STANDARD RELIES. THIS IS VERY TRUE OF ACT FIBER NET . FELLINH TOTALLY HELPLESS WHEN NET GOES OFF. more  
truly said customer service does not exist in indian companies and only namesake it is mentioned.you send a mail no one responds that is the state of affairs and no one to look into the issues and consumer grievance dept is also sleeping more  
TRAI,CPGRAM nobody listen to you. It is now trend in every customer in all respect more  
All customer services are equally bad in absence any legal remedy. Never have a long term plan so that you can switch to alternate service provider more  
The only remedy to have your address corrected is to switch to another provider. Simply send a mail to the Customer Care of Jio Fiber to disconnect their services provided to you. Also state that their superb services provided are not for the common man but to top guns and business people. more  
In fact, i got diverted from GTPL to Jio Airfiber looking to their technology and package of Broadband + OTTs + TV channels at good pricing level. It did not affect them when I clearly told that I will not renew Subscription. What is so that they are so much hard headed is surprising !! more
