Jio Mart Order Deliveries
I have ordered groceries with Jio Mart through their web portal and the complete order was pre-paid. The order was placed for delivery in Koperkhairane, Navi Mumbai. Now it's been more than 10 days now and I am still waiting for my order delivery. I have sent several emails to the customer support, but till now no one has responded, and also there is no update on my order from Jio Mart. To make matters worse there is no customer support number mentioned anywhere in their portal except the email id. Can anyone, please suggest on how to escalate this. more

I am lucky with Jio Mart. I ordered and paid the amount for supply of groceries. Within one hour I got the message that my order has been cancelled and money refunded which I got into my account. I then wrote a mail to jio Mart to clarify, why my order was cancelled. Their reply was they will reply within 2 days. The reply has not yet come, which is 7 days past. I have registered for annual payment of jio fiber gold account, which is supposed to give 250 MBPS. With two laptops and maximum two mobile phones work at a time ( ofcourse mobiles data is not used continously), download speed of fiber is 0 Mbps and upload about 10 Mbps. more

Pl see the link of unsatisfied customers with Jio Mart. It seems there are lot complaints against Jio Mart.
