These retailers are pathetic. They dont have the attention to detail to update their systems when prices change and then they err on the side of overcharging.

The action of Jiomart is wrong and needs to be pointed out to them. I guess the mistake may be in charging GST again. more

customer service is lacking in these organisations.I would suggest that you buy at local store and you can see and feel the item rather than get an item which may be old etc especially in cases of grocery they will try to mix old with new and sell it to customers as customers do not have any means to check . more

Best solution is to avoid buying on-line. Most of them cheat. Why not go to market and buy the things of your choice. In case of complaint most of the shop keepers help. I have stopped buying on-line more

This is how MUKESH AMBANI has became RICHEST businessman of INDIA 4-6 rank worldwide, the only way is to CHEAT their customer and keep them in dark.I have been witnessing since long, price tag displaced shows much less than and are charged much higher.
