You can lodge the Criminal (if not taken by the Local Police Station, directly in the Court of Law U/s 190 or 200 of Cr. P.C.), Consumer & Civil complaints simultaneously. more

If some one cannot give or share good suggestions, they should not mock on this media, as this media is dedicated to resolving issues by rendering good suggestions. Lodge official complaint with economic offense wing, in the nearest police station. more

BUT it is also the fact that even 1% affected/victims never come forward to lodge the Complaint. Same is the case of Authorities - who prefer to remain mere spactators, well knowing the fact that tomorrow their kids also become victims of the system. Easy money (Earnings) prevails. more

There are thousands of people in this country who foolishly rush behind the fraudsters being attracted on their ads for lucrative jobs and blindly rely on them and pay huge amount of money and ultimately being cheated. Before making any money they do not even think once as to why the job givers should ask for money from the candidates! They pay huge amount without verifying the veracity of such people and the genuineness of the jobs they offer to the candidates as baits, which are easily gulped by them and meet the demands of the fraudsters by paying money from time to time until they realise of being cheated. It is the police of your area for lodging such cases. more
