Judges Go On Leave despite giving out Date for Hearing...
I had a hearing on 20th November in Mirzapur Court of Ahmedabad pertaining to my fight for reclaiming my Flat from tenant. To my surprise neither my case was listed on the cause list nor was the Judge available. This very same Judge (Addl.FCJM) I had appeared on 3rd November and my case was not listed in cause list then too. Bundles and bundles of case papers were transfered from another court to this Judge's court and I ensured that my case paper was found and then the Judge gave next date of 20th only to be absent. My question to all people associated with Judiciary is: How to make a Judge accountable? I travelled all the way from Delhi to Ahmedabad...can we make the Judge pay for this scant respect for their duty? This is the reason for the miscarriage of Justice. My case is going On since 2009. I would request people connected with judiciary to guide me on how to raise complaint in effective judicial forum against such Judges who spoil the name and sacrosanct position of Judiciary.
Similarly in the same ongoing case in another court in same premises, the Judge has been leave constantly on 2 consecutive dates. I want to name and defame these Judges. more

My 30 years' old matter has been listed on 14 dates during last 13 months at P&H High Court but the Judge does not find time to reach my case during the day...inspite of SC's order to EXPEDITIOUSLY dispose of the old matter against SBI - the LARGEST Bank of the World... more

When Nexus between Justice giver and legal counsels is so strong and supportive with Anti litigant attitude then how can this Deadly Nexus be broken?? Please suggest how to fight this menace? attitude more

The legal system in India is pathetic. There is a nexus between the Courts and the Lawyers as the Courts want the the Lawyers to survive on the litigants money. The Court will insist on going through a Lawyer, even when the litigant is better positioned to fight his case. There must be a provision for fast hearing and disposal of cases. more

Court should be brought out of British working rules and brought on par with private company working culture with defined measurable parameters. more

One agrees with your suggestion. Please do let normal citizen know how can this Most Important aspect " Making Judiciary Responsible and Accountable to their Work Output in Resolving Number of Cases Per Week and Month". Since High Courts and CJ of High Courts have failed in this duty there is most urgent need to appoint and to have an "OMBUDSMAN" to monitor and regulate Judiciary Work. Hon'ble Supreme court should initiate this regulatory work and provide Full and Deserving Justice to Litigants and general Public. more
