JUDGES OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA get easily misled by misrepresentation and fraud by Senior counsels
, causing injustice and pain. ( CA5150/2017 & RP 777/2018) there is no effective remedy against the judgements of Supreme Court of India. The Judges enjoy absolute authority and impeccable immunity which is making survival intolerable. Despite sincerely working for 125 months as per orders of the DRT Pune (a judicial body) without a complaint the supreme court of India has set aside a partially executed award which was passed as per provisions of MSMED Act 2006. we had invested huge borrowed money on the assignment.The award has attained finality and was upheld by all/ both the appellate courts below. the supreme court of India set aside the award on the basis of misrepresentation, supression of facts & fraud by senior counsel Mr Dushyant Dave and Bank of India. And we are directed after 133 months to recover from parties with whom we did not have any contractual liability, and a deceased party, and judicial bodies, the Recovery officer DRT, and MSMEDF counsel Pune. On the basis of order dated 5.12.2017 of the supreme court of India, the executioner district court who released partial amount as per award has issued arrest warrant and imprisonment for failing to return what was delivered in delivery of justice as accumulated wages. so when it is the Bank who is evading payment for services provided and is exploiting our services, still it is the the supreme court of India who has deprived us of our service charges and rendered us vulnerable to arrest and imprisonment on the basis of misrepresentation and fraud.

A judicial reform is the need of the hour, as there is no transparency and no accountability in the judiciary. Supreme court judges even not allowing to govt to bring in judicial reforms. For eg. they quashed the NJAC act brought by the central govt. more

Justice shall be only the Justice at Humanity, Morality and Natural Justice and not the conclusion of Text written-down in the Law.

In 1987 itself the Supreme Court was burdened with pending Cases that take further 10 years to complete the then pending cases of 10/15 years . POLITICAL RULERS OPTED SINCE 1980s , THE DILUTION and diversification OF JUSTICE AND JUDICIARY AS A WHOLE . This has resulted in too many Posts , incidents tendering deep discussions and comments on the status of Justice MADE AVAILABLE in the Country since long decades thus questioning the very Preamble Guarantee of the Constitution , JUSTICE , Social, Economic and Political . THIS ITSELF IS THE ANARCHY IN THE COUNTRY LEAD TO THE PUBLIC AND THE NATION . more

Proper accountability is needed to be insisted in the Judiciary too which is now absolutely lacking more

that is exactly due to which the menance of injustice is. Presently , as in present case, Judiciary loses nothing if the judgement is passed in violation to rule of law. But there certainly is possibility to benefit by exploiting the situation and favor the learned senior counsels on extraneous considerations. Appeals in lower courts are atleast appealable/argued in open courts. In the process the rich criminals are thriving making others living unbearable and intolerable. our legitimate charges of 125 months as per law for hard work without single complaint have been frustrated for no fault of ours. this happens when payment to us has been ascertained under special laws with overiding effect by Parliament of India with specific intentions to support timely payment to SMEs to avoid sickness and closure. however we have been rendered not only to sickness and closure but also to arrest and imprisonment absolutely for no fault but for working sincerely. the award granted to us was as per arbitral proceedings of MSMED Act 2006, meant for speedy dispute resolution, which had attained finality in the eyes of law, upheld on merits after detailed inquiry by all/two appellate courts and partially executed , but still set aside. we are not able to explain the intolerable pain, harassment, humiliation and misery that we are undergoing due to blocking of our invested borrowed money and income. we wish that no other indian citizen should undergo the same. we earnestly request to join hands and convince law makers to change the system, to restrain decisions against the rule of law, and ensure justice. more

Spontaneous (thoughts to share, to provoke MORE) (: Refer the several posts in which, pointed attention has been invited to the repeat / routine deficient performance or non-performance by representing counsel, in litigation, of their role as expected of by clientele has lead to bizarre / unpalatable consequences, thereby the ends of justice not being met squarely; instead resulting in the most dreaded and woeful "Inconsistent Court Decisions" . So much so, the administration, also adjudication by courts, of tax and other law points, both complicated and not -so -complicated, have been left to be much desired ! Cross refer the host of such instances brought to surface through material in public domain, besides several such Posts on FB / Lnkedin. more

I totally agree, now days they take call as per their family friends, media political affiliations and what not it is not desirable to practice abnormally as right to Justice is right to life more
