It is a very important issue and must be implemented honestly, because everything depends upon judiciary. If judiciary is honest, we can except everything in proper way. more

In any case,executive branch of Govt.,or MP's should not be involved in selection of judges.to maintain independence of judiciary. Instead of seniority,quality of judgements given in cases handeled also should be cosidered. In case of High courts,Prominant,successful lawyers ,in specific descipline should be invited. Procedures should be reexamined and be changed as per the need of hour. If the lawyer of plantiff remains absent for three times,the judge should be empowered to study and give his jugment.Whrever possible,the case be run by teleconferences. Same should apply to both plantiff and defendant. Jury system could be better on USA model. Small civil and petty criminal cases shoul be restricted to appeals up to Sessions or High court depending upon the seriousness of the case.For that a ajudge of high could decide. more

Need of the hour is that each citizen of India including MP, Ministers, Judges of SC , HC, CBC, Dir. CBI & all. As of now MP's pay & perks increases in minute's time while for others Pay Commission takes 7-10 years for 10 year's period. In the present working the fundamental right of equality to all citizens is not maintained. To get a pension we have to work for 35-40 years while MP's/ MLA's get the same for working only for 5 years. Judiciary should be 100% honest & transperant to protect & implement the Constitution of India & Fundamental rights of citizens. more

The selection should be need based and timely. There has to be time bound consensus leading to appointment. The performance of judge has to be judged by the number of judgements given by him every year. more
