Judicial Corruption in India

Can these circles please take up the subject of judicial corruption in India.

Many lower courts have instances of corruption even in some higher courts stay can be obtained on many matters and money or favours or quid pro quos happen.

Many people in these circles woild be knowledgeable about corruption in judiciary and must share inputs.

Its important that we have a trust worthy judicial system for building faith of common citizen and small business in the legal system.

Judiciary needs a complete overhaul.The court holidays should be stopped.The judges can go on their leave by asking for the same.Judges should be made accountable to all delays more than six months.Each judgement should have a time to decide more  
Can any body give a list of corruption less government.departments in India, why to blame judiciary. more  
Sir,you may be right but please think about corruption in other deptts.No body is interested to sort out the list.Is only judiciary corrupt? and all others are clean white. more  
Root Causes being Failed Policing, unenforcement of IPC, inadequate Judiciary AUGHT TO BE ERADICATED .
Secondly the Judiciary need to Uphold Objective Concept AND Purpose of Article 19 ( 2 to 6 ) more  
Corruption has spread in all spheres and judiciary is not exception to it. The control by anti-corruption Bureau should be tightened. more
