Judicial reforms
The agitating lawyers in Chennai had sought for the abolition of Article 217 of the constitution dealing with Judge Protection Act of 1850 which was created by the British to protect the interest of judicial fraternity affiliated to the Royalty. It has no relevance in the independent India. With corruption rampant in the judiciary it is high time that we treat judges at par with IAS officers in terms of the immunity from accountability. The delay and corruption cannot be avoided as long as they enjoy special immunity. more

Even there are many advocates, specially those attached to many corporate houses, who believe in winning the case through back door/ under the table type settings instead of through arguments inside the court after going through the merit of the case and with the understanding that their client may loose the case. What should they be called, "COWARDS OR ANY OTHER WORDS"? more

1. There are so many enacted laws where the matters specified in the constitutional articles were not carried ; some are neglected ; and , Judiciary's suggestions & some directions under the articles were also set aside by the Executive since 1993. 2. By 2013 itself , as per the Indian News Agencies , 30% of Legislators possess those who were convicted and , the then Executive did not agree the suggestions of even the Election Commission on this issue for the prompt guidelines to Election contestants . We also know about the Draft Bill torn off . 3. It is also the fact that the Judiciary only had directed for avoiding contestants of those convicted beyond 2 years imprisonment . WE NEED TO THINK OF THESE ALSO EVEN AT THE PROMINENCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL ARTICLES ; THE ROBBERY OF PUBLIC & NATIONAL FINANCES AND WEALTHS PREVAILED AND IN EXISTENCE STILL ; THE ABUNDANT BLACK MONEY STORAGE IN LAND & LANDED PROPERTIES , SHARES Etc., EVEN IN MULTIPLES THAN THAT STACKED ABROAD ; AND , PRIMARILY , THE STILL PREVAILING PUBLIC UNREST AND POVERTY which can be relayed upon the Statistics of 2011 recently disclosed by the government. THEN ONLY , A COMPREHENSIVE CONCLUSION COULD BE SORTED . more

In Rangareddy District Family Court the Complaint filed by a indigent women was rejected for not presenting the case in a particular fashion / format which is possible by engaging an advocate only by spending money. The height of this decision is it is decided by the Superintendent with out approval of the Judge. This proves the strangle hold of lawyers have in courts. The correct decision would have been to provide legal aid to the woman to help her. Instead she is undergoing torture by the decision more

few advocates for their lively hood draging the case for their and ultimately client is suffering and judge also should see fact of case even vakaltnama is rejected and advocate is attending the case and judge is ignoring the fact how can he appear without vakaltnama and this type of advocates should be punished then onlyl for other advocates this will be lesson i have seen cases some advocates are appearing without vakaltnama and nobody can do anything and plaintiff is suffering due to this more
