Judicial Support for the common man

If the central govt. is really thinking about welfare of citizens then they need to act upon timely delivery of justice in courts.

1. Can the govt fix the justice delivery period in less than 3 years?
2. Can the govt. work upon the protection of witnesses?
3. Can the govt. allow faster criminal investigations of corrupt all govt. employees irrespective of central / state ownership?
4. Can the govt initiate a system for mitigating 'erring' judges?

Looking at what is happening today w.r.t. corruption (as it drains the resources) and lawlessness (as it kills people and gets political support), the only difference between British Rule and today's governance is the absence of TIMELY Judicial Support to the common man. more

I agree with views of Shri Udai Shankar ji. We are simply trying to improve the system merely by seeking suggestions. We need to work out strategy for implementation of suggestions/ideas.Unless ethical orientation is not taken up all efforts are going to be waste of time and energy. more

I am Sr citizen after resigning from PSU Insurance Co (Now 63 years) Now my services are hired by a private insurance broking Co Am coming under gratuity act and Co can debit to wards recovery monthly to Gratuity? 2. When the Co fixes notice period for me 2 months in case I resign, can they make one month notice period in case it is at the option of Company? Kindly give me your valuable advice and guidance 3. Can the employer issue posting orders containing a) Your working hours will be as per company's policy. No attachment or guidelines attached b) Your leave entitlement shall be subject to the prevalent leave policy of the company- No attachment or guidelines enclosed c) Your employment shall be continuously governed by rules, regulations and codes of ethics laid down by the C and modified from time to time as exhaustively detailed in the Cos Employee Policy Manual- But no policy Manual provided or attached along with Posting order Is it in order sir to state like that without providing a copy to refer!!!!!???? Legal system can be made to deliver Judgement faster, if there is a court fee deduction for faster trails are completed and lower court fee can be fixed. if they litigant or the lawyer delays the case the court fee should be higher so that they would finish faster. Here one may wonder the court fee is very small compared to legal fee paid to the lawyers and they enjoy exemption from service Tax and if the trails gets delayed the layer shall be levied five to ten times of the normal service charge for other services that is 14% x 10. This is only suggestion to speedup the judgments to be given in faster manner. more
