Judicial system in India now requires a reincarnation. Because the people have hold guns just because they don't have faith on the judiciary.
It is just Judge's perception that decides the fete of people.
Look what has happened with the Campacola society. It was a funny decision by the highest court of the nation.
Next look at the Arushi murder case the decision was forced as if it was scripted. Because CBI could not prove maximum points and even could not deduce certain points. CBI had multiple stands during the entire episode. But the court seemed to be in a hurry and driven by some script. more

In addition tho this a Judge must actually present the compete inference behind a decision. The judges at maximum number of times overlook the very general / obvious facts about the case. This actually appears as if the judgement process was scripted one. more

Accountability and responsibility of Judges should increase manifold. As of now, they are living in our country as LORDS and God. They should be brought down from the highest pedestal and should work as ordinary public servant. They should work more hours and days in a year. more

2. There is no prior information about the court schedule viz. Judge's unavailability, strike etc. to the people involved in the case like (the accused, the witness and the prosecution etc.) All reach to the court but nothing happens... so this must be taken care of. more
