Judiciary and Republic of India

Judiciary is genesis of Corruption and Criminalization by virtue of delayed justice or impractical justice. By Impractical I mean lack of Natural Justice. With some judgements in view we can better have a computer dispense justice, it will be far more accurate in promulgated laws and be instantaneous in providing judgements. You could access it from your home, so no more going to courts or paying to bench clerks, paying opposition lawyers or the magistrate at lower courts. I am not saying HC and SC judges cannot be corrupted but assuming they don't for a few thousand bucks.
Reality...Ask any citizens who has been to courts on corruption in the judiciary and I suppose that makes a Republic null and void! more

But it is our country and we need to do everything possible to make sure that justice works as there is millions who dream of a better India. Natural Justice will happen when the awareness of Justice is widely accepted by the public. Republic does not function without people like you and me. Voice your complaints in a civil manner and fight the system if it is wrong. A Lawyer can not make a change if the people do help him. It is time to join forces and ask for answers from the system but ask questions in a civil manner. Educated change the system in a civil manner. more
A system should be developed to watch cleanness in coaches regularily. I thank P.M. for his sawachhata Abhiyan & at the same time cleanness is responsibility of every citizen. more
The Congress Party will fully set this Body of Constitutional Authority without providing number of Judges required ,; without providing number of Courts required ,; keeping the Directions of Supreme Court particularly aside decades together since after 1995 and also neglected Sufficient and Strict Policing ; neglected Skill Built-up in law colleges . The Corruption and Black Money that had been set and carried since 1993 , the way the Businessmen set at losing ethics diluting the Inspectors of all Divisions , disinterest in curb of Financial Crimes , all such with the added support of well noted Criminals and Goondas in the Society , had diluted and diversified many in the Judges also . This is why the NDA government brought the issue of NJAC which only made at least some of the Judges inspire and realize to even some extent . Now, it has become great task in locating both the competent and duty-bound . more
