The Inflow of the cases as against the Outflow - there is Hugh differences - this is one of the main reason. Over and above the minute procedure adopted in some of the matters as against the Others also very from case to case. Last but not the least - differing with the Apex Court directives - even in procedural matter is significant. Simple example is the listing of "ROZNAMA and ORDERS". The Apex Court and High Court adopt the System BUT the Other court differs - The litigant is unaware about the developments in the matter and even for the subsequent dates have to approach repeatedly/frequently. Though the system is made "On Line" with ad-quite infrastructure - the implementation is neglected and / or Not adopted. more

i need public help, aur koi social organisation jo corruption ki eas fight mein support kar sake. Mumbai judiciary ne 12 saal meri life spoiled ki genuine case mein.. main right cause ke liye petition file karati thi back door se prejudice kiya jata tha.. matter increase kiya gaya , judge and advocate personally involved hue because bribe ... main service matter avoid kar ye log personally involve hokar harass karane lage.. main supreme court tak jana chahati hun.. mera right to work stopped hai, accommodation ka problem ho raha hai.. agar desh ki janata judiciary corruption ki ladai mein support kare toh main aapki aabhari rahungi. jis tarah corrupt logo ne meri halat ki hai agar ye log kisi naksalwadi aur aatankwadi ki easi halat karate the toh aaj desh aatank aur naksal ka shikaar nahi hua hota. main service matter sirf small amount na dene ke karan, advocate aur judge mein blackmailing hui meri personal life break kar , financial exploit karane lage desh ki janata mein takat hai , injustice jab jab hua hai tab tab desh ki janata aage aayi hai .. more

In earlier Decades the Police SHO addressed many disputes . Dist.Collector and Magistrates solved many legal issues too . Cases preferring Courts were less till 90s. POLITICAL INTERVENTION in these three made all the 3 far from public. more
