Financial Frauds Increasing. Black Money Generation creating multiple Offences/Crimes. National income under loot. Bank Funds swindled/ Misappropriated. Govt Revenue is under continuous evasion.

Reforms are fast Required. Judiciary diluted after '75. Policing Cornered from '95. Election Commission never cared to disqualify Convicts and Criminals to contest Elections and Rule in the Country. This demands Reformatory Regulations in the 3 Constitutional Bodies , EXECUTIVE , JUDICIARY , ELECTION COMMISSION as fast as possible. more

Silence of Judiciary on Implementation of following SC Judgements is Causing many hurdles and agonies in Public besides losses to General Public and Govt. H'ble Supreme Court to review and do Justice. 1) AIR 1992 SC 1858 on Preamble Guarantees of Directive Principles of Rule 2) AIR 1979 SC 1369 on Speedy Trial 3) AIR 1983 SC 339 saying no State to ignore Cases of Poor 4) (1996) 4 SCC 212 on State if neglects 5) (1996) 2 SCC 549 on Right to Live 6) (1984) 3 SCC 654 on Education qualifications 7) (1985) 3 SCC 545 on Merit, Right to Work (8) (1993) 1 SCC 645 % and on Free, Aided Education 9) (1994) 1 SCC 243 on every limb of Constitutional Machinery to be People Oriented 10) AIR 1983 SC 624 saying that SC is responsible for Constitutional Provisions 11) (1987) 4 SCC 609 saying that pending Cases will take another 15 Years 12) (1995) 3 SCC 635 asking Executive to work for Implementation of Uniform Civil Code 13) AIR 1963 SC 649 advising to delete and add adjusting Creamy Layer from Castes Reservations 14) AIR 1985 SC 1495 on Reservations FURTHER , Citizenship Articles 5 to 10 unimplemented. Articles 51- A Fundamental Duties are unimplemented. Article 19 Clause 2 to 6 reasonable restrictions for the interest of General Public are Unenforced. Article 45 for Free and Compulsory Education unimplemented Article 12 is not applied with Article 36. True spirit and objectives of Article 37 and Part IV of the Constitution left off in Rule. There is absolute necessity to move H'ble Supreme Court to review these issues and direct for Justified Rule . more

SC need to re think on Aadhaar linkage to All. GOI to ensure Bank Trns, demonetise TWO THOUSAND CURRENCY in order to reduce Fiscal Offences , Corruption and Blackmoney generation , Realise due Revenue/ Taxes more
