justice needed

I am an regular passage of railway& used to travel very frequently.Recently (14.06.2018) my wife& my son ticket was booked bu shipra express train no 22911 from indore to howrah pnr no 8206552884, in third ac, Since all the link was failed from indore . i have got this window tatkal tkt from kolkata. Since the ticket was made one day before it was not possible to send the ticket . we got the copy through whatsup. On boarding after half an hour the concern TT for 3rd ac came & asked for the ticket.My son
showed the pnr detail which received from railway no 139 along with the identity proof ( adhar card). TT was not satisfied then my son shown the whatsup again he was not satisfied & theratend my wife & son to get down from the train in midnight. Since they were all alone & first time travelling they were almost in a shock. My wife felt ill (SHE IS AN HYPER TENSION PATIENT) & ultimately they booked another ticket for same journey. WE HAVE TO PAY Rs 12000 for journey of two person .

now my question

1. IT WAS NOT TT DUTY TO CROSS CHECK WHETHER THE PAS SAGER IDENTITY IS CORRECT OR NOT. SINCE HE WAS HAVING THE ALL DETAILS IN THE CHART HE WAS CARRING
2 RAILWAY AUTHORITY BECOME SO INHUMANE, MIS BEHAVING WITH LADY IN MIDNIGHT
PL GUIDE ME WITH AN APPROPRIATE ACTION more

thanks for responding but my question was about the policy ,
can railways book 2 ticket for same berth/ same coach , same day , same passenger/ same train. That has happened ???? more  
Normally when ticket is booked at Station original ticket must be carried. Link not working booking ticket at destination is not justifiable. For tickets booked online printout is not necessary only message is sufficient. it is laid down in railway rules. more  
still not answered my query by railway. Not bother to communicate with me. What kind of inquiry is going on????? more

Add to more my wife reached kollkata and send me the whatsup of the ticket booked on board with same coach and same birth no. how can be??????? , can railway book two ticket at the same time for single journey more  
railway is taking undue advantage in this regard.the TC was supposed to respect a passenger further beacuse it involved a lady.railway emploees must have got training to be mannerful and to help a bonafide passenger.they should refund entire money if duplication is occurred.if there is no link between two divisions,it is a problem of railways. i always advocate for common man who gets insulted every where in India,the govt. servents including MLAs/MPs never pay respect to general public who is a real owner of the country,pays the taxes(say salaries/perks/free comforts etc to the govt.emploees,MPs,MLAs),votes for the leaders,but gets insult in return. more
