Justice to Poor

Mr S.Choudry and Mr.Narayanan RAO,suggestions are good, but in one of my experience written above I lodged land grabbing complaint,through the commissioner of police,filed a criminal suit praying for immediate arrest of the land grabbed,with a nonbailable arrest warrant of the landgrabbers,and the fradulat signatories filed a civil suit against their purchasers here an govt public Ltd co,to cancelled the sale deed of the land they have executed since somebody has cheated them,,and by showing this civil suit copy to the Madrs HC stalled the criminal proceedings and diverted attention of the land grabbing cell that there is a civil dispute andvescaped???!But the honorable criminal court judge gave a judgment and directed the district police concerned to investigate and give the reports to sessions and HC in 2005,investigation is yet to be initiated!???and to be submitted!!?so now we are aware how these fradulat people thrive with the assistance of Advocates, who knows the loopholes in the police and judicial procedures...and in all these 15 yrs neither the fradulat purchased nor the fradulat signatures never appeared in the court except me for 15 years...so some Advocates confuse the judges for lack of evidence,no reports submitted by the police after investigation pending etc!? Fortunately in my case the Parts,chita,adangal,we're in my and my brothers names together!!!after our fathers death...we r still possessing the original Sale deed executed to our father, in a Banker lock for safety....and a few more names were included besides our name in the fradulant power of attorney whose date of birth and age were 4 years after my father's death!!!! Now I am 69+so the case may end ......??????......my great great grandchildren period if they choose to pursue the suit¿?????????!!!! Su now you know about legal battles¡!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!¿????????????!!?? But our haressed friend can iniciate proceedings both legal and straight compromise!!!!!!!??????? more  

Sir when the case becomes old then police will not show their interest due to upcoming new cases. Whereas in courts judgement will not be given soon so as to safe guard by saying "NO good people showed be punished". the worrying part is both of them with to different attitude should work together to get a final judgement in a case. more  

there are charitable hospitals/dispenseries for poor.Only legal profession is for high and mighty and guess the cutoff percentage to get in a law college in India-NIL.Any body can act/practice law.Most corrupt profession that is used to scare innocents/to fleece the innocents/to make seniors homeless.Govt. cannot catch the thieves because most of them have legal persons in their pockets to scare away poor innocent junta that gives them power.Anyone finds it scary or offending,I am ready to give proofs as without Truth there can be no Justice. more  

If we , of all States , think and share only in these such lines expressing inability or of impossible nature ; There will be none to ;;; address Article 15 and 45 ;; 16 and 46 ;; 39 and 47 ;; and , the 19 Specifically incorporated in the Constitution to address the ;; provisions for adequate lively-hood ;; provision of Free Elementary Education irrespective of Religion , Caste , Sect , Section , Race , Class and , the Creed ;; provision of Free and aided Education to those " Economically Backward Classes " ;;;;;;; Minimum Healthcare & Medicine ;; . Law not free. Is there any pool for such persons who cannot go to private case. This may b needed in almost all in villages. A good organisation treating these persons well. Advising in true spirit. more
