Any issue that tenders information on Financial Crimes , Terrorism , Misuse , Misappropriation , Corruption , Concealed Tax & Wealth shall be allowed by S.C. recognizing the cognizant issues of Corruption , Concealed Taxes/Duties and Wealth ; Misuse and Mis-allocation ; Misappropriation and Cheating public and and even Government . It is necessary to achieve this for a prompt run of public administration as well as governance that shall not allow or lead with carried Rule with these National as well as Citizen Evils . Country cannot sustain Economy / Wealth , Justice as well as Security of its own people . If the Banks do not reveal , If the Financial Institutions do not reveal , If the Auditors do not reveal , If Inspecting Officials do not reveal , If the Tele providers do not reveal , while the Selfish Fiscal Traitors never reveal ; HOW PRIVACY OF CORRUPTED , EVADED , MISAPPROPRIATED , LOOTED AND CONCEALED MONEY/WEALTH COULD BE DRILLED . We , being the Responsible Citizen shall not vote for Privacy that invades the Country' s Wealth , Citizen hardearned money . more  

Please do not underestimate the greed of middle class &middle Level workers,including teachers,Municipal workers and others harping on *the earnings of family members,including in-laws *These are Benami transactions *as per laws.*The corrupt also does same *in all countries (see South Korea).That is why we need to have a lockadalat-at city/district levels. more  

What Mr. Asrarul Haque has mentioned is of-course important but not relevant to Supreme Court judgment. All religions have been allowed to come up without any restrictions only in India. As on date pathetic conditions of living are in all segments of society not only for minority segments. Rape cases also are for all segments not only for minority. There should be equal values for all citizens and it should not differ on the basis of religion. Because religion happens to be for worshiping the god not for rules for merely living. In any every country rules for living should be same for all citizens. The scenario in my view cam improve if sessions/seminars/conferences get organized on this issue. more  

WHO ARE THE JUDGES WHO ISSUED THE JUDGMENT ON HELMET LAW , WITHOUT ASCERTAINING THE VERACITY OF THE CLAIMS OF THE HELMET MANUFACTURERS??? IT IS THE SUPREME COURT WHICH NEEDS TO INTERVENE IN THIS KIND OF LAWS THAT FOOL THE PUBLIC. BUT THE STSTE GOVT. IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT FILING S.L.P. IN APPEAL AGINST THIS OBNOXIOUS LAW . But the fact is that most of the govt. machinery (and private companies as well) that IMPLEMENTS THE RULES AND CONDITIONS ARE OBSERVED TO BE UNFIT FOR THE JOB , DUE TO OBVIOUS REASONS !! THE MAIN REASON IS BLACK MONEY WHICH THE PRESENT POLITICAL SYSTEM CRAVES. WHETHER IT IS U.P.A. OR N.D.A. , NOT MUCH DIFFERENCE. WHY ?? BECAUSE OF THE SO-CALLED "BABOO (n) s" WHO ARE BEING GIVEN HUGE SALARY AND PERKS BUT CRAVE MORE AND MORE BLACK MONEY !! NEARLY EVERY GOVT. OFFICIAL (INCLUDING JUDGES OF THE LOWER COURTS AND SUPREME COURT ) PREFER TO "ABUSE THEIR DISCRETIONARY POWERS" TO AMASS ILLEGAL WEALTH. INDIA IS NOT A SECULAR DEMOCRACY BECAUSE OF MANY REASONS. THE MAIN REASON IS THAT IF YOU ARE A GOVT. OFFICIAL AND HAVE NO POLITICAL SUPPORT FOR CORRUPT ACTIVITIES , YOU WILL RETIRE IN A RENTED HOUSE (LIKE ME ) . THOSE IN MY DEPT. WHO HAD THE POLITICAL CLOUT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO OWN SEVERAL LUXURIOUS FLATS, CARS, ETC. BY LOOTING THE PUBLIC EXCHEQUER, WHILE THE C.B.I. WAS LOOKING ELSEWHERE !! ALL THAT MATTERS IS PLENTY OF BLACK MONEY, WHICH IS FLOWING IN THROUGH PORTS . WE KNOW WHO IS RESPONSIBLE. BUT THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. BECAUSE OF THIS SITUATION MUSLIMS WILL BE BLAMED IF AND WHEN A "DIRTY BOMB" IS (MINI NUCLEAR DEVICE ) IS IMPORTED AND A NUCLEAR EXPLOSION TAKES PLACE IN INDIA'S MOST IMPORTANT ..... PAKISTAN WILL BE BLAMED AND THERE WILL BE WAR WITH PAKISTAN , WITH CHINESE MILITARY SUPPORT. INDIA WILL FACE A SHAMEFUL DEFEAT AT THE HANDS OF THE PAKISTANI ARMY !! JUST WAIT AND SEE , MY FRIENDS.... OFFICIALS SPEND CRORES OF TAX-PAYER'S MONEY ON DECLARING THAT "HELMETS" WILL SAVE 2 WHEELER RIDERS . THIS IS BULL SHIT. THE SCIENTIFIC REASONS FOR THE DEATHS OF 2 WHEELER RIDERS ARE NEVER ASCERTAINED BY THE FORENSIC LABORATORY, DUE TO NON-POSTING OF FORENSIC EXPERTS THERE , TO DETERMINE THE ACTUAL CAUSE OF DEATH !! THE AUTOPSY REPORTS JUST SAYS "HEAD INJURY" AND CLOSES THE CASE. THIS IS THE KIND OF REPORTS THAT THE HELMET MANUFACTURERS WANT. THAT'S WHY !! more
