Justified Reforms still Awaited
1. Ragging Shall be punished debarring for 3 Years for Education in the Country
2. Seven years imprisonment Shall be given for unlawful Sexual intercourse
3. Life Sentence Shall be given for Rape
4. Solitarily Life imprisonment Shall be given for gang Rape
5. Murder after Rape shall be punished with Hanging before Public OR Burning before Public .
These 5 must be codified in IPC under a Special Law enacting in detail . Police must submit all in 30 days to Courts AND COURTS SHALL COMPLETE ORDER IN 15 DAYS .
NO Case Shall have provision of Appeals OR Release .
6. Adultery must be punished with 10 years imprisonment . If Consented by Husband , Prostitution Licence to be given considering Exemption
7. Licencing Prostitution is necessary to be Reinstated permanently (SINCE GOVERNMENTS CANNOT FEED THE NEEDY) ( Already some NGOs and even Some Govt Rescue Homes are indulging in unlawful , illegal Sex as being found by Police and Media ) more

This highlights the dutiful Purpose of Judiciary and Justice legally . Legal Process ITSELF BECAME UNJUSTIFIED decades together since 1975 , 1979 , 1987 where SC notified . People demanding Hang in 30 days OR handover to Public to Fire them too . Judiciary and Justice Obviously for the People ALONE . more
