-Punishments relating to Offences Rape, Adultery, Illegal/ unlawful Sex, Consent and Conjugation are to be revised repelling the discrimination.
-Punishments relating to Indecent Presentation and, re-presentation of Women (Prohibition) Act 1986 are to be revised and mandated.
-IPC shall be extended to cover comprehensively the Fiscal Frauds by Public, Government and Financial Institutions with detailed Regulations.
-IPC shall be extended to cover comprehensively the Fiscal Frauds, Misuse, Misappropriation, relating to Companies and Institutions of various Sectors.
-IPC shall clearly specify the Exemptions to Politicians, Students , Journalists, Women and Minors on all the issues of OFFENCES AND CRIMES RELATING TO SOCIETY , NATION AND INDIVIDUAL.
-Right of Press ; Limitations of Conscience on issues relating to Decency ; Morals ; Safety of Society, National Interest ; Promoting Enemity between Classes and Religions ; AS WELL AS Contempt of Lawful Authority of Govt Officers ; Offences relating to Elections ; Offences relating to Religion became the Top Important issues to be Reformed Fast Comprehensively at both public and National interest.
-The punishments prescribed under various Sections of IPC are to be revised suitably to the 21st Century.
Otherwise, No Police, No Government Authority can fulfill the Constitutionally bound duty towards Nation, Public and Institutions please. more

Sheltering Terrorists , Terrorist organizations that are identified during last 5 months not only challenging Safety and Security of People and Nation BUT also becoming dangerous to the Society. Offenses, Frauds relating to misuse and swindling of Govt Funds, National Produces, Natural Land Treasure ARE STILL GOING ON IN States. IPC was reviewed and adopted in 70s when Rate of Rice per Kg. was Rs.2 to 2.25 . Since 3 years, it is 45 and 50 per Kg. Punishments were Rs.500/- to 1,000/- maximum. Imprisonment 1 year to 3 years ; 3 to 7 years ; 10 years instead of life. Election Cost per Constituency was in Thousands and limited Lakhs while presently the Black Money Seized per Constituency is Rs. 1.1 to 1.2 Crores in addition to 15 lakhs proposed by E.C. CRIME RATE HAS BEEN INCREASING SINCE 90s and the Cases of Sri Laloo Prasad Yadav , Smt. Jayalalita prove THOUGH THE CASES FROM 70s , BOFORS, UREA, SUGAR, HAWALA, STAMPS, BANKS, 2G, Coal and Metals ;;; Wine , Drugs , Murders , Robbery and Smuggling HAD BEEN PENDING WHILE SOME ARE SQUASHED . 2011 Citizen Statistics are another proof of set poverty of innocent Citizens Cases of Financial Enterprises , Chain Businesses , Holiday Resorts and Farm House , Chit Funds ARE PENDING IN COURTS Contempt of Court Cases , Cases Stayed by Courts also pending years together.
