Juvenile Act

Dear Friends . on 22 nd December 2015 Rajyasabha passed " Juvenile Act " and now age is reduced from 18 to 16 . My point is that medically it is proved that in last 10/15 years age to attain puberty in both sexes is reducing drastically and speedily( In boys they attain it between 10/15) . Now boy even below 16 can force upon woman and do all wrong things against her will . I request you all to air your views and tell present Government to make necessary changes to safeguard women against such incidents . more

Times have changed and with that there have considerable change in the human physiology. Maturity age for females and males alike have shown to come in early and hence 12 should be the age limit for a juvenile. more
1. Every body and every-body of the various government wings along with even the illiterate people know that a lady from 11th year and , a Male from 14th year gets themselves into an Adult in at least India . 2. The Indian constitution also had then itself set 14 years as the age that one transforms from childhood while specifying the provision of Free Education etc., under the Constitution . 3. It is know to majority of people that the Indian Legislators enacted that an individual shall possess 18 completed years to attain Majority and such only are considered to vote in the Elections to elect the Legislators . 4. The Issue , its potency , its resulting Fertility giving Birth to a child in case of Rape is definitely different to that of the above . 5. There are many other cases of Rapists comprised some Miner individuals as on date and all of them also will be awarded with the same such judgement if only the written law is considered setting aside the ability , potentiality and fertility of the Rapist passing his Sperm . 6 . The delay in concluding a Law on such inhuman , anti-cultural , abusive of heritage fixing the correctly valid and justified age of 14 years in the reasonable time of the Indian Legislature or Executive to a person capable of Rape IS REALLY SOMETHING THAT NONE SHOULD SPELL AS PER THE ACTS IN FORCE . The delay and its weightage is very softly expressed by the Supreme court . 7. Then only , the public that i.e., said to be , interested to step up to demand Justice for the Justice that is to be in this case where the person Committed Rape is 100% suitable , capable with full fertility which a non-adult / minor can possess to pass the Sperm . 8. Then only the Legislators contended to speak and demand on the issue of the Law to be address and this is simply to conclude with the age of 16 but , it shall be only 14 in the cases of Rape . The age limit of 16 to declare a person a Major to Vote may be set for the administrative purposes in general and not in the issue of Raping campaigns . more
The juvenile who was the most violent in nirbhaya's case is now free. Where is justice in our country? We should have a vote on what people think about this lack of justice and leaving a criminal free to hurt other women in India more
Already there are cases of Rape by those below 18 and 16 . Limit for Rapes must be set to 14 years and not 16 . The Indian Female Forums have to fight for this inevitable correction . more
The Bill has been passed in the Rajya Sabha today (23.12.2015). It has to be notified and Presidential Assent obtained. Only then will it become a law. It is my fervent request to the bureaucracy that drafting out the notification and getting the Presidential Assent should not be delayed and this should become a law as soon as possible. We have seen how the rate of commission of heinous crimes by young people just below 18 years of age has gone up rapidly in the recent past. Any delay will only increase the number of culprits that will get away because the law cannot be applied with retrospective effect. Hence this appeal to the bureaucracy for expeditious action. more
