there is no other way other than paying bribes to complete govt of department works in Karnataka. In fact every one is LOOTER, doctors, lawyers, shopkeepers and name many. Police and lawyers are getting bribes forcefully and they have NO SHAME at all. I dont want to talk about CHEAP POLITICIANS. more
