our overall purpose is to collect views of different people to kayakalp railway. find out some way also to collect suggestion from real sufferer, the passenger. I mean suggestions should be asked from passengers of different trains during their journey for betterment , of the services ,about maintenance of platform ,do not ask for complaints but for ways to sort out.also . I think it will help you better more

Railway has two ruining culture one is V.I.P. system for their officers and other is corruption from booking to top level even in sale purchase so any improvement will be remote. more
