Practically here is Rs. 32000 Crorers of Rupee claims UNCLAIMED. It is mandatory for the Banks, Insurance companies and Financial Establishments to display Or make provision to display the 10+years unclaimed accounts including the Address of the Account Holder. Some of the Organisation though followed the same still many more are NOT providing the same. In this case advisable to go to the site of bank wherein the father, mother or close relatives might have the Bank account / transactions and simple cheque will reveal that there are some of the relatives who had NOT CLAIMED since past 10 years. In case the said Relative is DEAD then the close relative/hairs can claim the same by providing the copy of death Certificate, Identification of himself and proof that he is the hair of the deceased in prescribed form.
