Keep your calm...keep smiling

In your own interest, keep yourself stress-free by leading a simple life-style that includes morning walk, simple regular exercises, healthy food intake (comprising of easy-to-digest items coupled with fresh green leafy vegetables, fruits, curd, and dry fruits), enough quantity of water-intake and an attitude to help others.

Getting agitated is not healthy, especially if you are a hypertensive, as it may not only lead to a rise in your blood pressure but also, in some cases, transient dimness (or loss) of vision due to deficient supply of blood to retina (the innermost sensitive layer of the eye).
