I entirely agree with Delhi Dy. CM. We need honest governance, which is a rarity, for our own well being. Hope janta understands this and not get swayed by propaganda of paid media/social networking accounts. more

File a complain for other state Parliamentary Secretaries, If EC find it wrong, They may also face the same. The same person who file against APP in Delhi, may not filing for other state. more

Decision of Election Commission is totally arbitrarily & wrong. During Sheela Dixit rule Parliamentary Secretaries were appointed. In Haryana Govt., Punjab Govt. there are also. But in the case of AAP different rule. If AAP's wants to become in power, firstly AAP's should fulfil the last time declared manifesto wherein AAP's promised to regularize/permanent Guest Teachers which could not processed in positive prospects. On the line of Punjab Govt.(Prakash Singh Badal) submit/prepare regularisation/permanent proposal/Agenda. In 1999 AIIMS, CPWD, in Ministry of Tourism (Jagmohan Singh-BJP Rule-Vajpayee's) contractual workers who worked for more than 90 days continuously, were regularised/Permanent. Guest Teachers works 220 days continuously in a year. There is a Delhi High Court Order/ CAT order to regularise/permanent the contractural workers who worked for more than 90 days continuously. It is a golden chance for AAP's to act like this. more

In all newspapers it is published that in Haryana Govt. & Bihar/Chattisgarh Govt. there are also Parliamentary Secretary and against them President has not taken any decision like AAP. more
