KENT WATER PURIFIER BAD SERVICES:

Writes from VISAKHAPATNAM: KENT water purifier services are very poor. Contacted the toll free number to attend my unit as it is not working. One tech. came and went to get spare part did not turn up till now. Already 5 days over. I experienced the same while I was in Bangalore too. more

In Chennai, we also had bitter experience with Kent. I spoke to their GM also at their head quarters who also happens to be a telugu man. There was no improvement. I had switched over to local repairer, who is very prompt and attends to my calls promptly. There is no sophisticated technology involved. Try to catch a local repairer. more
The service of many of the manufactures are deteriorating day by day. Government should bring some legislation to redress the same. The consumer forum has become defunct. more
Please send your complaint to Srimati Hemamalini ,the brand ambassador of kent. This is what happens when VIPs endorse a product. more
always common man is the sufferer in the hands of these type of manufacturing companies. more
I purchased Kent water RO from Reliance Digital. My complaint during warranty period was attended by them on the same day satisfactorily. So need not buy from Kent (service being poor), buying from Reliance Digital was cheaper also because of higher discount given , more than the manufacturer.Reliance has own service department, independant of manufacturer.Be a wiser purchaser when you buy such products. more
I am sure once in a year they will come to renew the contract. These are the business strategy, we purchase the unit at a particular cost and during the next couple of years we pay more then double of purchase cost and this servicing activity gives them huge profit , because it doesn't involved any material cost. Service man hardly get Rs.50/- per call. Today we do not have any solution on this business. one can easily understand the strategy to introduce these type of Business. The government is supposed to provide clean water, instead they contaminate the water by putting gutter along with water pine line, and then we do not have any option but to purchase a water purifier. Same business policy for D2H. more
