Kerala's way of contaminating covid - open up resorts for guests with even if it is containment

Kerala is opening up its resort tourism (ayurvedic massages and rejuvenation included), even though the daily cases are 20000+. Probably, this the government's way of fighting the virus. The decisions include
- Guests will not be disturbed even if the area is declared a containment zone
- Police to ensure that guests with bookings have unhindered passage to their destinations.

Tourism is fine, but must be with restrictions and control.

There is no mention of what precautions the resorts are taking, what are the checks done on the tourists before and after coming to Kerala, what if the guests start touring Kerala....

All other states could do well to put a people embargo on anyone coming into their state from Kerala, until the Kerala govt starts taking steps to contain the virus rather than increase it. more

Status of covid 19 cases at Kerala is very much concerning. Since the monitering the situation is the state subject, Centre will come into the picture only if states need help or assistance. But here politics plays very badly and dirty as the governing governments are from different political parties. Step motherly treatment by both the parties. No one looks from the interest of the state and the nation and well being of the citizens and hence it has landed in this situation. In this pandemic era, everyone must contribute to the remedial ways. So situation will improve when everyone realises his/her contribution and follow the guidelines and protocols. more
I think Centre has to be Strict regarding Implementation of Covid prevention methods. The way it is increasing, it is really serious and putting Entire Country at risk. All our efforts of last 1.5 years will go in vain. more
The state government has taken the oath to work defying all advisory and guidelines coming from the center. Other non-BJP state governments are also stepping into the same boot with little care for the interests of their respective states and the nation as a whole. The central government should find out ways and means within the frame work of the Constitution to enforce the state government to behave keeping open the option for stringent action, if the national interests are put at stake. more
Separatists are behind 5 to 7 States with Political Supporters.
Even Indian Citizenship is denied and defied by these States in support of Congress Party which did not Implement Citizenship Articles 5 to 10 in its Rule of beyond 5 and 1/2 Decades. more
It looks like Kerala may decide to withdraw from Union of India and be part of Cuba or as an independent country possibly joining with GCC. One does not have to read "in between lines" to understand the future plans. The recent case of tree felling in many districts, rapes, murders, black money, gold smuggling, violence, encouragement to liquor consumption, waste full expenditure ,hoarding and selling vaccines and export of women for prostitution are indicators of the preamble of this plan. The central agencies like RAW,CBI, ED, Customs and Excise, IB, are either neutralized or threatened. There is no progress in any of the cases they are investigating. The political parties are all aligned and fight the central government. The state BJP leadership too are in illicit relationship with CPIM and CONGRESS. It is high time the Central Government dismiss the State Government and bring it under President's rule appointing a no political, capable administrator to rule the state for next 10 years. I would suggest a "stronger than ever with 200% extra power" Emergency with Indian Defence Forces occupying the territory and do a " eliminating" all tainted politicians and put their families in India and abroad as "traitors" Will the HOME MINISTER OF INDIA show his ability? more
Views and apprehensions expressed by Mr Nair have truth in it. more
