Key Issues in Banking Sector - Inputs on Root Causes

1. Many bank employees remain in the same branch for several years
2. There is no proper internal vigilance system in banking sector
3. Terms & Conditions are not fully made known to the customers
4. Customers are hesitate to do online transactions even in bank holidays
5. Banking regulations should be helpful for the layman
6. Single window system doesn`t work in many banks
7. Too much delay in issuing DDs
8. Many bank websites are not secured
9. ATM transaction charges are high
10. Customers hesitate to deposit cheques/cash in ATM
11. Loan procedure is lengthy with a lot of paper work more

We are pushing for more online transactions but transactions keep failing denying the account holder their money.this matter need to be checked more
