Kickbacks involved in leasing of properties by banks, corporate houses, insurance companies etc.
I am bringing to your notice the huge kickbacks involved in leasing and vacating of properties by banks, corporate houses, insurance companies etc. No property is taken on rent by these entities without kickbacks being paid. I have a personal experience and know firsthand the modus operandi which comes into motion the moment you offer your property for lease to any of them. Some agent approaches you and tell you that your property will be taken on rent at such and such an amount but you will have to pay 5 to 7 months rent as commission. I own a commercial property in Mayur Vihar-1 main market which I have been trying to give on lease to some bank etc. but everytime this problem crops up. I am informed that old properties on lease with the banks and insurance companies in prime areas like CP and Chandni Chowk, Karol Bagh etc. are being vacated on the excuse that they are no more required. One can imagine the benefit to the landlord. Obviously huge money is passing hands. more

@ Renu Dr. - Where did you meet this RCS ? Was it in Chandigarh ? I am asking because there is only one RCS Haryana who is in Chandigarh. If you have met some one at some other place, it is not the RCS but a junior official. more

Dear Sir, Its not in Delhi, Its case of haryana . I met RCS personaly higher offical too. they are keen in delay of matter. pls suggest in this regard. more

@ Renu Dr. - I find it difficult to accept that the RCS is not acting against the MC. The present RCS Sh.Tajom Taloh IAS is an extremely effective officer who also happens to be dead honest. Unfortunately he has been transferred to his home state Arunachal Pradesh. I am sure you may not have met him and must have dealt with the smaller officers who definitely are corrupt. To get to the point, pl. prepare a representation and meet the RCS personally. If you still feel nothing has been done then you must file a dispute under Sec.70-71 of the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act,2003 seeking redressal of your grievances. more

thank u sir for prompt reply. Sir, where to approach when Registrar cooperative society itself is ignoring the facts of corruption and Inspector of RCS instead of finding faults took bribe of Rs 2000- 5000 pm from committee members and give them encouragement in their corrupted activities . more
