Kids Sleep
Ever since we have moved to India we have struggled with this. Kids not sleeping enough...how much sleep is must have for kids 4-8. What time do most parents put kids to bed, assuming they all wake up between 6 and 7 due to schools more

they play from 4pm to 5pm...after coming from school.after dinner they ask for stories...so i read out story book from 6.30 to 7pm...yes friday and saturday are left out for park and drawing classes since their is no pressure for the next day...so they are now used to this routine and therefore never trouble .I think for this kind of routine even mothers have to be on toes so as to keep everything aside and manage their household work as well as other commitments accordingly... more

No Jyotsna, they go to dance classes at 5pm and are bak by 6pm...in the mean time i prepare there dinner which is usually khichdi with vegetables.they take another half an hour to finish their dinner as they are very hungry after dance classes ...i put them to bed at 7pm. more

Wow Pragya, that's awesome. Do they go out to the park? How do you manage dinner and still put them to sleep by 7:30 more
