AAP team submits report STAFF REPORTER COMMENT : A four-member team of AAP MLAs and leaders on Saturday submitted a preliminary report on communal violence in Ballabhgarh district of Haryana to the party leadership after touring the area. Delhi MLAs Naresh Balyan and Amanatullah Khan were accompanied by party leaders Abhash Chandela and Feroz Khan on a visit to Atali village in Ballabhgarh district, which witnessed violence recently. As per an AAP statement on Saturday, a detailed report will be ready by Sunday evening. “In its preliminary finding, the AAP team informed the party that poor Muslims residing in Atali village were targeted while they were offering evening prayers at a small mosque on May 25,” said the statement. The party added that the team found that the local police had allowed the incident to happen, and that no FIR had been lodged.
