After continuing Aloma Viloma Pranayama for 15-20 minutes, just for the sake of change, start KAPABHATHI continuously for 2-3 minutes so long as your stamina permits. Theerafter again switch over to Aloma Viloma Pranayam for 5-7 minutes and switch over to BHASTRIKA. This circle is necessary to continue for half an hour. After practicing one month, you will find sufficient oxygen in the lungs keeps balance blood circulation through out the body. Gradually health will growing sound and feel activeness for long hours to continue work. more
