knee problem

I m Satyendra Sood retired PSU executive suffering from knee problem for last 4_5 years.Orthopefiac surgeons r adivising me for TNR but I m scared & avoiding by performing intensive yoga & pranayam which has shown little improvement.Any revert on this please. more

Just use it for a month perhaps it will help you as my grandmother is 85 plus years it is working on her body...then it cal also work on yours too. more

Dear Mr Sood Check the new modality in India- access consciousness. I have trained in it and am working with it on my family members with similar condi. If you are in/around Gurgaon I can extend some help with it. TKR and pre and post TKR, rheumatological interventions are of little consequence....they are at best good at managing the progression of the condition but at a great cost to body's natural defence mechanism. Yoga and ayurveda are effective but need much greater overall discipline and intensity for a long stretch of time. My kind wishes more
