Herbal Treatment for Damaged Knee Joints Dear Mr Dhirendra Krishna Thanks for sharing your health issue with us. If you accept my sincere advice, there is no need for you to go for knee replacement surgery since it is not a permanent solution for knee joint pain, and people having opted for total knee replacement do suffer a lot after few years of getting their knees replaced. I feel it pertinent to mention that a 50 year old lady from Lucknow with similar knee problems has approached me in the month of June 2015 to avail my herbal treatment, and after getting convinced, she has accepted my herbal treatment and stopped thinkng to opt for knee replacement and she is feeling well now. I would suggest the following herbal medicines for your present state of sufferings to bring best possible results: 1. Liv.52 (Himalaya) - One tablet twice a day after meal. 2. Gandharva Haritaki (Any Company) - One teaspoon powder with warm water daily after dinner. After seeing improvement in bowel movements, continue with the same dosage on alternative days or twice a week after dinner. Finally, after satisfactory bowel movements, take the same quantity of powder regularly on every Saturday after dinner to get rid of constipation, and host of stomach disorders. 3. Reosto (Himalaya) - One tablet twice a day after meal. 4. Lakshadi Guggulu (Patanjali) - Two tablets twice a day after meal. 5. Rumalaya Forte (Himalaya) - One tablet twice a day after meal. 6. Patanjali Balm (Patanjali) - Gently apply sufficient quantity of balm on your knees to improve blood circulation in joints to get relief from pain. Please Note: You will need to take the abovementioned herbal medicines regularly for several months with utmost patience to achieve long lasting benefits, since natural products have holistic healing qualities on the body, and take extra time for absorption and producing satisfactory results. Home Remedies: 1. Eat carrot, cucumber, cabbage and radish in salad. 2. Eat walnuts and other dry fruits to energize your body and mind. 3. Boil half teaspoon cumin seeds (Jeera) in a glass of water until the water turns into golden colour. Strain it and drink twice a day after meal. 4. Boil half teaspoon turmeric powder and quarter teaspoon black pepper powder in a glass of cow's milk until the milk turns into yellow colour. Strain the milk and drink it daily at breakfast time.
