Kodak tv india pathetic after sales services
My kodak tv is in warranty within just 3 months of purchase my Bluetooth remote stopped working. Kodak tv is still talking time to send me the new remote as an replacement. I have already sent them my out of order remote. The complaint is registered on 31 October,2020 and i m still waiting for my remote as on 10-11-2020. Dont trust such companies. more

Please take up the matter with the company and no solution is forth coming, you may prefer a petition before the Consumer Grievances cell for getting justice. more

you should think twice before buying products from non standard companies manufacturing or contract manufacturing items.Better buy white goods from reputed manufacturers who have their presence with respect to service and quality more

Before purchasing such products, check for nearby service station of the product manufacturer. However, at this stage raise a complain at twitter. more

They did not even bother to reply on Twitter and they reply to emails after i sent them 3-4 emails more
