Kar hospital on Wednesday night , in the presence of strong police force is enough indication of vested interests including the state government with the target of erasing/ removing evidences required to pin down the culprits involved in the rape and murder of the lady doctor. more  

Health departments are one of the most corrupt and non accountable departments in every State in India, including Kashmir. 3-4 Muslim patients were admitted in PGI, Chandigarh about 5 years back. I enquired from them the level of health services in Kashmir, State HQ. Why you people have come by taxis from a long distance ? The situation explained by them was very painful. Too much job security, political patronage, non linking of salaries, promotions to performance etc are contributing factors more
