KUDOS RAILWAYS - DUTY CONSCIOUS STAFF WITH FITNESS, ALERTNESS & HUMANE QUALITIES IS PRESENT NOW :

I have attached 2 Videos –

ONE ON THE EVENT OF HOW A CHILD WAS SAVED FROM THE BRINK OF DEATH BY A CONSCIENTIOUS RAILWAY WORKER RISKING HIS OWN LIFE.
His athleticism and fitness is evident, which he pressed into action even on the uneven tracks (with gravel and Sleeper at different distances.) to save the life.

The other is the prompt acknowledgement from the DRM, Mumbai to Felicitate the “Pointsman” and respect him. Look at the reaction on the face of the Employee as the co workers aplaud. The manager and the staff had made him feel that he is getting a Padma Award from the President.

KUDOS ALSO TO THE MANAGER FOR ACKNOWLEDGING PROMPTLY THE ACTION OF THE EMPLOYEE THAT IS EVEN BEYOND HIS RESPONSIBILITY. - Jai hind. more

A very noble soul. He deserved a hug from DRM instead of hand-shake. more
Commendable work. more
Courage and commitment is very often found among people ( even if some are letahargic) who are not employed at the higher echelons of the organisation . It is also culture specific in our country😊 more
It is really heartening to see the promptness with which the railway employee ran to the rescue of the child. Equally worth appreciation is the promptness with which the employee was rewarded. more
It is because of such employees the Indian Railways is doing well. Similar people in ALL walks of life serving their own organizations like this Railway gentlemen are the cause of India doing well. more
