KYC with EPFO

Dear forum,

I have a name mismatch between my PAN Card and full name with Employer. This is due to the fact the employer records do not have expanded initials.

I think this mismatch calls for KYC to be done.

Can someone suggest how the KYC can be completed with EPFO?

Make an application to employer with KYC documents and a self declaration and the employer will do the rest. more

If you have a UAN, you can create a login (if not already created), enter all the details including Name with initials expanded, PAN, AADHAR etc. After this your changes will go to your employer for approval. You can keep him informed so that he approves. Hope this helps. Thanks... more

It is the Employer who will submit the corrected name matching with PAN card. Certification by Employer can only help. more
