Lack of Taxis at Bangalore Airport

A long line of passengers has formed inside the Bengaluru Airport terminal, all waiting to secure a taxi. The queue stretches across the terminal, with weary travelers patiently standing in line after their flights. Due to the high demand, the minimum waiting time for a taxi has extended to nearly an hour, causing frustration and fatigue among passengers.

Airport staff are working to manage the flow of people and provide assistance where possible, but the influx of travelers appears to have exceeded the available transportation capacity. Many passengers are expressing concerns about the delays, especially those with connecting travel plans or early-morning commitments in the city. Efforts are reportedly underway to bring additional taxis to the airport, but the wait time remains lengthy for now.
As the airport sees higher volumes of passengers each day, the need for more efficient transit solutions has become a critical issue. more

Take the volvo bus, whenever possible. Fast and efficient. Get off at your nearest destination point and take a cab or auto. more
Whenever my wife and myself take a flight, we prefer the bus even id we have 2 medium size suitcases. Volvoer bus has enough space for luggage.
In Chennai and delhi, if I am travelling alone, I take the metro to and from the airport and then bus. If it is the railway or intestate bus station, then metro or bus. more
Yes , it is easy for a single person traveling on business within India for short periods to roll a 18x12x8 inches baggage and a sling bag or back pack. Such can even hire a cab/ auto from home to Volvo stop and from destination repeat - still some money can be saved.
Chennai it is easier Roll on the baggage on skywalk take metro and alight nearest station to home more
