Delhi has all restrictions but as soon as you cross line and enter UP Ghaziabad no rules ,restrictions by any one .All wrong side driving, no one has vehicle papers ,nor updated .No check not public co-operate nor give an eye more

PUC requirement justified. Pollution from diesel burning is the most noxious. Diesel vehicles, even with a valid PUC, compared with petrol, are much more polluting. https://www.downtoearth.org.in/news/air/current-puc-norms-for-diesel-are-too-lenient-says-cse-51792 Pollution remains high throughout the year, except for the months when it rains very heavily, whereas we know how long stubble burning happens, so let everyone do a reality check about with whom the greater responsibility to clean the air lies. Rich vehicle owners must own up on their collective responsibily. Can manufacturers, increasingly dieselising vehicular production, too should take ownership. more
