Land - A National Resource....Builders Pls Stay Away..!!

Dear Friends,
I has always been pinched in my mind that why Land/Housing has been overlooked and why it cant be declared as National Resource, and like right to education, every one deserves right to live.

Now a days it is only being considered for investment purposes by the upper most class. Though we all knows that real estate always appreciate and is gainful affair. Why cant Govt. instead of allotting land to Pvt Builders, manage/construct its own and allot directly to the citizen. In the process, the undue gains being currently going in the pocket of pvt builders will be avoided and it will provide affordable housing at genuine price to the citizen. Will create an atmosphere of Trust and caring among citizen. Even there must be some law/regulation on holding of property beyond a certain limit (No. of property/area per person/family).

The legitimate gain on transaction of real estate which should be either go to the Govt or the Citizens are going to the pockets of builders /brokers only. more

Hope the national "Land use policy" that the BJP has promised in its manifesto and the Union government re-iterated in its presidents address to the parliament will be path breaking and CONSERVE agricultural land as food security is of paramount importance for a populous country like India. Industry is good to have, but one cannot play with food security in the name of industrialization. more
Land holding must have limits, without reasoning Robert Vadra or any powerful persons must not allowed to hold limitless lands, this is the biggest reason of corruption. Maheshjani shivshiva.webs.com On Saturday, May 17, 2014 6:06 PM, SANJEEVA Gupta wrote: more
n ndia land scarcity is a big problem due to increaseing population, so that there must be planned used of land ,how much for agriculture, how much for city , how much for industrry etc , and accordingly land must be alloted , this must not be resouces of 5 or more tome s of sale and resale, it must be banned this is not development business but expolitation, one more way of exploitation we have created , we increase registration cahrges 10 t0 12 % every year ,so that definately land cost will enhance, so that the poor and middle class people will one day out of this purchase.due to lower purchasing capacity , we will offer loan and diuble expoitation ,first high rate of land and second loan ,high registration fees,If govt want to earn the best way of earning is by enhance the purchasing power of people ,this way govt can enhance the income (revenue) and people will be also rich ,this is the way of real economic policy.for more details go to my web-shivshiva.webs.com see the about for list of blog, open the blog"Combination of macro and micro economics" "world peace model" Maheshjani shivshiva.webs.com more
