Anushka - I can understand - i am 65 yrs old/young and still unable to 'deal' with corrupt practices - within the household - at work - in offices - but thill there is hope - there are honest people - and to an extent social media is now helpful. Property regn. is a State subject and every State Govt. is sunk in corruption. People get jobs and plum posting after paying huge amounts. They want to recover that amount asap. Monthly payouts to higher ups inluding local politicians ads to this menace and it will continue in future as well. more

You are dealing wth one- of the most corrupt departments in the country; they have made a system that you cannot get this done unless you pay exhorbitant amount of corruption and this amount is based on the market value of the asset involved. more
